Jacket support

Set a Lock Screen wallpaper

Open a design, tap Make wallpaper, and save it to Photos. Then open Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper → Photos. Choose your saved image, adjust the crop and clock, and tap Add. Choose Customize Home Screen if you want a different Home Screen image.

The sample clock in Jacket helps preview placement. It is not saved into your wallpaper. iPhone supplies its own clock and widgets.

Change the background or colors

For a finished Literary or Satire jacket, choose a wallpaper backdrop. For a Make your own design, open Color in the editor and choose a palette. Finished jacket text and art are fixed. Your iPhone's screen brightness, Always-On display, and appearance settings can also affect how the wallpaper looks.

Photos permission is off

Use Share or save to Files, or allow Jacket to add photos in your iPhone's Settings. Jacket does not need access to read your photos.

Find a saved cover

Tap the books icon on the home screen. Tap a cover to edit it; its menu offers Duplicate and Delete. Save in the editor stores your editable cover. Save to Photos stores a separate image.

Crop or clock overlap

Adjust the image crop in the iPhone wallpaper editor and choose a clock size and widget layout that fits the design. Jacket leaves open space above the cover, but iPhone controls the final layout.

Privacy

Jacket has no account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Your shelf is stored locally. See the accompanying privacy policy for Photos, sharing, deletion, and backup details.
