App summary

Koala Journal saves recordings locally first. You can create a transcript for a specific recording when you want it searchable. Optional AI review is for cited recall, not advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, coaching, or decisions.

Useful details to include

• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• What you were doing when the issue happened.
• Whether the issue involved recording, transcription, search, export, or delete.

Common actions

Export entries: open Settings, then choose JSON or Markdown under Export.

Delete local data: open Settings, then choose Delete all data.

Create a transcript: open a saved entry, then choose Create transcript.

Retry a transcript: open a saved entry that needs retry, then choose Retry transcript.
